You are responsible for any copayments or deductibles at the time of service, if you are covered by insurance or Medicare.
We file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider that explains what services were covered and what was paid on them. We will send you an invoice that shows what your insurance company paid, any copayments made and any balance due.
If you are paying by cash, check or credit card, the entire payment is due at the time of service. If you cannot pay the entire bill at that time, payment arrangements can be made through our billing office.
Financing is also available through
Care Credit®, division of GE Money®, which offers healthcare financing for consumers through a network of over 140,000 providers.
If you have questions about payment options, billing, insurance
coverage or related topics, please contact our billing office
