Oliver P. Simmons, M.D.
Dr. Oliver Simmons has dual expertise in otolaryngology and plastic surgery. He is board-certified in otolaryngology.
Dr. Simmons was previously on the staff at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical System. He also held faculty positions at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as an assistant professor of otolaryngology and as assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System.
Dr. Simmons has special expertise in treating craniosynostosis, which afflicts one in every 2,000 newborns and is caused by a premature closing of one or more of the sutures of the bones that make up the skull.
