Billing
While we file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, each patient is responsible for any copayments or deductibles at the time of the service if you are covered by insurance or Medicare.
You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider that explains what services were covered and how much of those services were paid. We will send you an invoice that shows what your insurance company paid, any copayments made and any balance due.
If you are uninsured, the entire payment is due at the time of service via cash, check or credit card.
