Your health is important to us. If you have any questions outside of your regularly scheduled appointment or need a refill, please give us a call at 803.408.EARS (3277).

If you have an appointment coming up, please remember to:

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment if your address or insurance has changed. Make sure to bring your new card with you. This will allow plenty of time to update your information.
  • Many insurance companies require that you pay a co-payment for each office visit. That applies to office visits with a specialist such as our ENT physicians. Be prepared to pay your co-pay prior to seeing the physician. We are required by your insurance company to collect the co-pay.
  • Feel free to bring in a written list of symptoms or questions if you are experiencing a change in your condition or have new symptoms.
