Referring Physicians
Thank you for referring your patient to our team of specialists at SCENT. SCENT’s board-certified otolaryngologists utilize years of specialized experience and advance treatment options to relieve and resolve ENT issues, from childhood tonsillitis to thyroid issues and ENT cancers.
We work closely with referring physicians to ensure a well-orchestrated continuum of care. To expedite your patient’s visit with us, have them complete the following referral form. Also, feel free to call us with any questions or concerns your office may have.
Your patients may also want to take advantage of the services offered through our walk-in clinics – available to those with insurance who do not require a referral.
